I've been unable to see new Bitbucket activity for several weeks now. The new commits do not appear in the issue linked in the commit message, nor any transition is made.
The repos shown on the DVCS Accounts show a "Last Activity" date which, in some cases, is way off (more than a year). I don't know why it shows that date, and why some others are more recent (but as far as I can see, none is correct).
I have already deleted the DVCS account and started again from zero with no luck. Actually, worse results in some repos: some of the repos had a more recent date, but after deleting and adding it they show an older date. For instance, I have a couple of repos that showed before a last activity of around Jul 19, and now it shows Mar 22.
I *think* this started happening when I upgraded to version 8.3.0. I did not get any error or warning when doing the upgrade, nor today when I upgraded to 8.3.1 (trying to see if that solved the issue).
I tried deleting the account and adding it again and now the repo that showed a last activity of last year (2018) shows 2017. The last commit on that repo is from last week. And there is at least one commit from the 19th of July that has a Jira issue mentioned in the commit message...
I have also regenerated the OAuth keys and permissions in Bitbucket directly, with no luck.
I'm using Jira 8.3.1. My repos are all Mercurial, with a free Bitbucket.org account.
