Just purchased this license but we don't see this on my list of licenses.

We just purchased Bitbucket 10 User License (SEN-11146494) but I don't see it on my list of licenses. Please advise how I can get the license for this application.

Hi Christian! The license will only be visible for the main Technical or Billing contacts for the account. I checked your license number and I could see you're not the main contact for this account, so you'll need to contact them if you want to get any more information.

Go to my.atlassian.com and login with the email that you purchased the license with. It should be in there.
