I have multiple login accounts with Bitbucket. In one of the accounts, I have enabled Two-step verification; because of this, I'm not able to log in to my other account, [REDACTED]. Please do the needful to access my Ceino account ASAP. It's blocking my work progress to complete on time.

Now, I disabled the Two-step verification from the other account too, still not able to login.

Hey @sankar_mahadevan

Welcome to the community...

We see that you have disabled MFA on your Atlassian Account. However, two-step verification is still enabled on your Bitbucket cloud account. There are two layers of possible MFA/2FA as Atlassian and Bitbucket Cloud accounts are separate, hence why you're being blocked.

Also, we observe that you have requested the recovery Email 20 hours ago.

As discussed in the page how-to-disable-reset-2fa-on-bitbucket-cloud-and-atlassian-account

  • After the 24-hour waiting period, you will receive a secondary email with the aforementioned one-time login link.
  • *Please note that the recovery link will expire in 24 hours
  • Follow the instructions within the email, and you should then be able to log in to your Bitbucket Cloud account with 2FA disabled

I hope this helps...

Please note that I have masked your Email address from this post, as this is a public forum.

Best Regards
Shwetha
