Lost access to Bitbucket

The login credentials are being managed by jira, but it's been a constant that bitbucket uses loose access, jira and confluence still works fine. I've been trying to solve this it seems that the directory looses sync with bitbucket somehow. Could anyone help me?

Hi Alexei!

What do you mean by "bitbucket uses loose access"?

Are you using Server or Cloud products?

What exactly happens when you try to log in to Bitbucket? Do you get an error message? Does it keep loading forever? Can you provide a screenshot?
