Hi,
I recently lost access to my Bitbucket organization [REDACTED] because my admin email address changed. In order to reach out to support, I created a new organization. And after a few exchanges I was redirected to the community to get assistance. I need to recover all the repositories in my previous organization [REDACTED] under the email [REDACTED]. Unfortunately, the email address was using Google authentication and is no longer working, making it difficult to receive validation emails. I still own the domain name but I am not able to associate route these emails to office365 since it is also asking me to validate the email. I have not tried setting up a self hosted email service since I believe it is too much work for this situation. My expectation is to be able to change the admin email of the bitbucket organization instead. Looking forward for advises and feedback.
Hi Serge,
Unfortunately - you will need to gain access to the email inbox associated with the account. There is an authentication procedure (OTP) that sends a verification code to the mailbox to allow you to login - this is a security measure that cannot be bypassed.
