Hello, good day.
We are responsible for the Bitbucket workspace, but currently none of the users we have registered have admin permissions. Additionally, we have lost access to the original admin account, so we cannot manage users or key repository settings.
We kindly request your assistance to regain administrative access, either by restoring admin permissions to one of the existing users or by providing a secure way to verify ownership of the workspace.
We can provide any necessary proof to verify our identity or association with the workspace (corporate email, verified domain, etc.).
We truly appreciate your help.
Hi @Danilo Luna
We have reviewed your request and unfortunately there is nothing further we can do at this time. Atlassian is not in a position to resolve disputes between independent parties or grant unauthorized access to content not registered under your name. If you would like access to another user's account or data, you either will need to obtain that user's permission by reaching out to them. Or provide us with a valid court order directing Atlassian to grant you the access you seek. To protect our customers’ rights, we scrutinize all requests, including court orders, to ensure that they comply with the law. Please note that Atlassian is not able to provide you with any legal advice regarding what constitutes a valid court order.
If alternatively you would like Atlassian to disable content you believe is infringing your intellectual property rights, you can file a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), per the instructions outlined in Reporting Copyright and Trademark Violations and we will handle it based on review and guidelines from our Legal team.
Note that a DMCA takedown will not result in the content transfer to you, it will only result in content deactivation.
To familiarize yourself with Atlassian terms of service please refer to Atlassian Customer Agreement | Atlassian .
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Sincerely,
- Ben (Bitbucket Cloud Support)
