Is it possible to move Bitbucket Cloud Premium Annual Plan from credit card payment to invoicing? The customer removed their credit card information in anticipation of moving to invoicing however no update has been made. Is this even possible?

The Bitbucket Cloud Premium Annual Plan has more payment options including invoicing.
Has the primary billing/technical contact for this Bitbucket workspace not received any email yet?
If they haven't, or if you don't know who the primary billing/technical contact is for this workspace, I would advise that an administrator of this workspace creates a ticket with our billing and licensing team.
They can create a ticket via this link: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
In "What can we help you with?" select "Billing, payments and pricing" and then "Problems with a payment or credit card"
Please ask them to provide the URL of the Bitbucket workspace in the details of the ticket, explain the issue, and that they want to move from a credit card payment to invoicing, so we can check the status of the license in our system and advise on options and next steps.
