I had many repos and they were well documented and this was my one and only backup for my codebases and now I login and nothing shows up. I've read they maybe set to dormant but I don't know how to activate them. Please help!
Hi @Nshehata
Can you please follow the documentation below? I believe you may be accessing the wrong workspace, and this is why the repos appear to be disappeared:
We introduced a change in the last couple of years to the navigation for Bitbucket Cloud which is likely the reason for the confusion.
Please let me know if you still have issues.
Cheers!

Hi @Nshehata
May I know how old these repositories were - and if these repositories were GIT repositories or Mercurial repositories?
Unfortunately - other than that, I've checked the account you've used to raise this community post for any data tied to this account and can only see 5 repositories associated with your workspace. I've checked all other accounts with the same name - and they don't appear to be related or have any significant amounts of data associated with them.
Cheers!

Yes git repos, I can't see these 5 even! How are you seeing them?
From what I remember, there should be [REDACTED].
Other email addresses are [REDACTED], and personal emails, which I don't think I've used.

Hi @Nshehata
Ahh - I've found the issue. The email you've used to raise this post is very slightly different to the email that belongs to the workspaceID you've mentioned.
The spelling of the domain is incorrect, you need to spell it as center instead of centre.
Please login by spelling the end of the domain as center - then click your avatar in the top-right corner, select All Workspaces and you should see the workspace you're after.
I've redacted the personal information you've shared, please refrain from doing so in the future as this is a public forum.
Cheers!

I am not getting the verification code to my email when using center instead of centre. What can I do? It's probably because my workplace has changed the domain

Hi @Nshehata
I can see the following failure from your mail server, which has resulted in your email account being added to our internal suppression list:
smtp; 554 4.4.7 Message expired: unable to deliver in 840 minutes.<452-4.2.2 The recipient's inbox is out of storage space. Please direct the<CRLF>452-4.2.2 recipient to<CRLF>452 4.2.2 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=OverQuotaTemp d9443c01a7336-237d86c2117si196285475ad.434 - gsmtp>
I've removed your email from our suppression list - but it appears you need to free up mailbox storage before you can receive further emails.
Cheers!

Hi @Nshehata
Unfortunately, email access is a requirement to verify your account. This is a security measure and can't be bypassed.
If you're not able to access the email address that belongs to the account - you will need to create a new workspace and push any local copies of your data up to this new workspace.
Regards,
