Need to reset my Password

I forgot my password and cannot clone code from Bitbucket

To reset the Bitbucket account password, please follow the steps below:

• Go to the link : https://id.atlassian.com/login?application=bitbucket

• Click on the button: Can't Login? on the bottom of the screen

• This will take us to the page to send a Recovery Email

• Add the Bitbucket account email

• An email to set a password will be sent to the previously added email address. Access the link in the email and add a password for your account

• After following these steps, a password has been set for the Bitbucket account. It is possible to log in to Bitbucket using the defined email and password
  
  

I would also like to understand more on how BitBucket Password affect Cloning of Repository. Any screenshot of the error messages will be helpfull...
