Network Error for Bitbucket

We had Bitbucket working fine but something happened and both Bitbucket and Bamboo showed a status of Network Error in JIRA Application Links. 

Our IS was able to restart the Bamboo server and resolve the issue, but he is unable to do so for Bitbucket. It issues an error "Failed to start bitbucket.service: Unit not found"

We are not sure how to resolve this issue.
