No Repositories page in the Administration area

How to access the list of all repositories? There is no Repositories page in the Administration area as described at here https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/advanced-repository-management-1064084889.html

Two questions:

• Which version of Bitbucket Server are you using?
• Are you using a Bitbucket Data Center license or a Bitbucket Server license?

If you go to the System Settings and then navigate to Licensing - what does it say under Clustering?

Clustering Not available with this license

Then you're using a Server license, and as it says on the page you linked to, this is a Data Center-only feature.
