Hi,
I'm trying to log in to my account, but I'm not receiving any MFA emails. Going through the other questions here it looks like the email address might be on a suppression list.
I'm currently logged into another account since I can't ask a question without being logged in. Assuming staff can see my current email address, the email with issues uses the same name, but with @smartmat.be as domain.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've reviewed the logs for "*smartmat.be" and could confirm two emails recently delivered to your Mail server.
As mentioned by Shwetha, it seems that something at your end that would be holding these emails and not delivering them to you.
At this point, I recommend contacting the team responsible for the Mail server and checking why these emails are not being delivered.
Or as recommended by Shwetha:

Check your Spam box for Emails from noreply@am.atlassian.com or noreply+XXXXX@id.atlassian.net and move them to the Inbox Folder;
Reach out to the mail server team to check if the domain noreply@am.atlassian.com or noreply+XXXXXX@id.atlassian.net is blocked for the organisation;

We observe that the Invitation emails are delivered to the organisation's Mail server.
Could you please check the steps below to receive Emails from BitBucket:

We have whitelisted the given domains, but unfortunately I'm still not receiving the MFA emails.
Can you confirm you checked the `@smartmat.be` domain?
