Hi @Sanjana K,
I checked your email address in our system and I can see that your company uses SAML single sign-on with an identity provider. If you open https://bitbucket.org/ in an Incognito/Private window and attempt to log in with your email, you will get redirected to your company's identity provider for authentication.
If you want to reset the password of that account you will need to talk with the admins of your identity provider. When SAML is used, authentication is not done with Atlassian accounts, and the emails are not sent by us, but by the identity provider.
If what you are looking for instead is a password to use for cloning/pulling from/pushing to Git repos via HTTPS, you will need to generate an app password and use that instead of a password, when your Git client asks for a password.
You can find details on how to generate an app password here:
If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know.
Kind regards,
Theodora
