Not receiving email notifications anymore

Dear Support,

I am not receiving e-mail notifications anymore from bitbucket, when a issue is created or a new post is sent to the workspace group; also the pull requests are not notified.

I checked many times all the settings and they are switched on.

From other similar questions and corresponding answers, I read in this forum, I guess my e-mail address has been blocked.

Please could you check if this is the reason for missing e-mail notifications.

Actually this is a big problem for me, since I react promptly to my collaborators activity on bitbucked, thanks to the e-mail, 

If the problem persist, I will be obliged to leave bitbucket and Atlassian services, together with my colleagues and move to alternative  services notifying by e-mail the activities in the repos.

I suggest to report this issue at Atlassian Support.
