On Prim AD Integrated with On Prim Bitbucket

We have on Premises Active Directory and On Premises BitBucket. We have integrated AD with Bitbucket. I see all the AD users. When I create group and add users in it it gives this error.

" User XXX could not be added to the YYY group. Verify they are not from a read-only directory or consult the logs for more information on the error. 

Please help me with solution.
