Only 1 linked Jira project is visible in Bitbucket Repository

hesam ebrahimi June 10, 2020

Our team has multiple Jira projects linked to one of our bitbucket repositories, but for some reason only issues from a single project are showing in the "Jira Issues" tab. Below is one of the linked Jira projects and the repository "Jira Issues" search.x.pngxx.png

Hi Sam,

One possible reason for that would be that the repository does not have any commits that reference issues from the other projects. You mentioned that the team has multiple JIRA projects linked to one repo, I would like to ask if you could please clarify: does the repo with this problem have commits that reference in their message JIRA issues from the projects that don't show in the list?

In case this repo has commits that reference JIRA issues from other projects, could you please let me know if all users of your team experience this behavior or just some of them? I would like to narrow down whether the problem occurs for a certain user or users only, in this case we would need to look into those users' permissions/settings; or if this occurs for everyone in your team, then the cause would most likely be related to the configuration.

Kind regards,
Theodora
