In trying to use the pygments to format a block of wiki code, we use:
{{{
!#php5
blah, blah
}}}
the Pygments documentation says:

startinline

If given and True the lexer starts highlighting with php code (i.e.: no starting <?php required). The default is False.

How do I pass/set this option (startinline=True) in the WikiMarkup?

At the moment, we don't support the Pygments options for specific lexers. I've opened https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issue/5582/accept-pygments-options-in-highlighting for you to track whether we can do this in the future.
