Dear Atlassion support,
We pay for this service, why i have 3 pipelines stuck on queue for like 20m? We know that softwares are a pain to upgrade on production, we are devs to, but please can you guys at least give back the minutes lost ?

Please note that this is a public community and not a support ticket system. If you wish to submit a support ticket, be sure to do so through our Support portal.
If your pipeline build gets queued and fails because of our issue, we won’t deduct your build minutes. However, if it's queuing and failing due to your configuration settings, then this will use your build minutes.
That said, it is difficult to identify the issue without reviewing your pipeline build, so I recommend submitting a support ticket with us.
