Pipelines failing at fetching security.ubuntu.com

Hi, 

My Butbucket pipeline were running fine till yesterday , but I noticed all pipelines started failing today with below error -

W: Failed to fetch http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/noble/InRelease Cannot initiate the connection to archive.ubuntu.com:80

We've confirmed through the Canonical status page (https://status.canonical.com) that there are known outages for a number of services, including:

gopkg.in,  ubuntuforums.org HTTP,  cloud-images.ubuntu.com,  security.ubuntu.com,  ubuntuforums.org HTTPS,  Launchpad Git,  streams.canonical.com (HTTPS),  images.maas.io (HTTPS),  Ubuntu Security API - CVEs,  Ubuntu Security API - Notices

We believe that this outage is likely causing your builds to fail.
