Pipelines user notifications in HipChat

Pipelines can notify a Room in HipChat when a build breaks, but how do I get it to notify an individual user (i.e the author of the last commit)? That would be really useful

Hello Nick,

Currently the Pipelines/HipChat notification doesn't provide user mentions as a configuration option.
