Post-upgrade use cases testing template

We are planning to upgrade Bitbucket Server to version 6.10.5. After the upgrade, we would like to go through a number of test cases to ensure that the upgrade was performed successfully. 

In particular, I am trying to create a checklist template with test cases that could make our life easier. If you have any checklist created for this purpose, please share it with us. Otherwise, could you please mention what do you test after each major Bitbucket upgrade?
