Pre-Commit hooks possible for repos managed by BitBucket Server

Hello,

I have found in the documentation that there are pre-receive and post-receive hooks possible in Bitbucket. I am wondering whether Bitbucket prevents using local hooks like the pre-commit hook?

As pre-commit hooks are 100% local, they should have zero impact on Bitbucket.

In fact we are using those with our Commit Policy Plugin (and its Bitbucket counterpart).
