2FA not working for bitbucket

I am not getting any mail to enable 2FA in bitbucket, I'm trying from past 4 days but no luck. Its quite urgent can anybody take a look. Whenever I'm trying to access my repo, its says youre temporary blocked from page, and then after completing the 2FA steps, it says check your mail but there is no mail. I have checked my spam and all other places, consulted multiple people and everyone tried approach but nothing is working. Please look into this at the earliest. Thanks.

I checked our email logs and I saw that all the emails we have sent to your email address during the last 4 days have been successfully delivered to your mail server.

You mentioned that you already checked your spam folder. Please also check if there are any filters in your email account that would make our emails skip your inbox.

If you still cannot find the emails to enable 2FA, please reach out to the administrator of your mail server and ask them to investigate why our emails don't make it from your mail server to your inbox. Our logs show that the emails are delivered to your mail server.
