When I try to increase the priority of a directory I get a 404 error.  Please see the attached screenshots for more details.

Hello David,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Do you get the same error when you try to move the Jira Server down? If you create a Support Zip you should be able to find the application.xml inside the zip. Look for the directories section and confirm that the AD is actually there. You can also check the atlassian-bitbucket.log to check the log for a specific error. My best guess to resolve this would be to simply remove and recreate the AD connection or see if you can simply move the other directories around. Is this 404 the only issue you see with that AD? Everything syncs just fine? You can click on disable/test/sync etc and it all works as expected?
