API Docs Request (base URL and endpoints) for Atlassian Bitbucket v8.9.9

I'm still working with Atlassian Bitbucket v8.9.9, though an upgrade will soon need to be completed.  That said, I can't find API docs anywhere.  They're easy to find for Crowd 2.1, but we're not running that yet.

Can someone please confirm what the base URL and endpoints would be for the API  assuming the UI itself were at the following URL?  

"https://larry.threestooges.net/projects/DSO/repos/slapstick/browse?at=refs%2Fheads%2Flarry-dev-branch"
