We have just moved one of our larger Jira project onto its own Jira Cloud account and we are connecting it to the existing Bitbucket Cloud. Our main Jira Cloud is using the Jira App to connect which doesn't allow for a second URL to be added in.

If I attempt to create in the new Jira Cloud account though DVCS its asked for authorisation and then redirects me to the main Jira account not the new one which does not setup.

I have done for the project the add item - Repository which had added the link in the project but this doesn't give the same integration as we have in the main Jira.

It looks like you can have multi connection when using Bitbucket not cloud version but the same options don't exist in the Cloud version.

Any suggestions, help or explanation on this would be most grateful.

Hi @Ben Madden,

You should be able to connect to any Jira Cloud instance that you have access to with your Atlassian ID account.

What you need to do is to go to the settings of the Bitbucket account you want to connect Jira to (go to Bitbucket Settings, then select the right account in the dropdown if needed). There will be Atlassian Integrations - Jira tab in the side menu, it will list all Jira instances you can connect to.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Daniil
