Are the Git Large File Storage limitations the same on Bitbucket server and cloud

Hi Corey

Bitbucket server doesn't have any restrictions as such. To know more about using LFS with Bitbucket server please have a look at Git LFS - Bitbucket Server

You can also find the details about some resource tuning that can be done in Bitbucket server Config properties -Resource Throttling related.  Still we recommend using the default settings as most of the cases you don't need to make any changes to that.
