We’re facing the same issue. We tried using different credit cards, but the payment failed each time, making it difficult for us to complete the transaction.
We also contacted the bank to add you (Atlassian) as a biller, but they don't support by default. Also, other merchants (Eg: Google) even though not directly supported by the bank, still have auto-debit functionality working.
We are willing to make manual payments, but it’s difficult to request a payment link from Atlassian every time.
Could you please let us know how we can get the manual payment link without reaching the support team each time? Alternatively, please suggest any other possible solution.
