Hi Atlassian Community,
I'm facing two issues and would really appreciate some help:
I’m using AWS App Runner to deploy an application from Bitbucket. The integration works fine for my personal workspace — all repositories are visible.
However, when I try to access my office workspace, it does not show up in the App Runner interface.
Here is the workspace I'm referring to
I am a member of the office workspace.
I can access the repositories directly via Bitbucket UI.
But AWS App Runner does not list them, which blocks deployment.
Is there a permission setting or token scope that I need to change to make these repos accessible from AWS?
I tried raising this issue through the official Atlassian Contact Support form, but the “Submit” button is not responding even after filling all fields correctly.
Steps I’ve tried:
Used multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox)
Cleared cache and cookies
Tried incognito mode
Still, the form doesn’t submit, which is why I’m posting here.
Please help me with either:
Granting access to App Runner for the office workspace repositories
Or fixing the support form so I can submit this ticket properly
Thanks in advance!
Hi Anshul and welcome to the community!
I recommend reaching out to AWS support regarding this issue.
The integration of AWS App Runner with Bitbucket was not developed by Atlassian; we don't have access to this service and its logs, and we also don't know what permissions or scopes are required.
The AWS team should be able to help you, since this integration was developed by them. One thing that I see on our side is that you are not an admin of the second Bitbucket workspace, however, I'm not sure if that's relevant to your issue. Perhaps AWS App Runner requires you to have admin access to the Bitbucket workspace? This is something that the AWS team should be able to answer.
With regards to the support ticket, we've had customers creating support tickets via the support form in the last few days; did you use this page https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ to create a ticket?
For this specific issue, I recommend reaching out to AWS support first. If during your correspondence you need some Bitbucket-specific information, you can ask one of the workspace admins to create a support ticket with Atlassian from their computer.
Kind regards,
Theodora
