Hi folks,
On the Atlassian website it is said sometimes that Bitbucket supports an Azure cloud installation and other times it does not support it!
Is it supported or not?
Thank's
Hi @miloudamara,
you should refer to the Support Platforms page of the version you want to install to check this.
As you can see, Azure is in fact supported by Atlassian.
Let me know if you have any questions,

Hi Alexis,
Yes I saw the note but on the bitbucket FAQ section here is what it says:
Bitbucket Data Center FAQ - Atlassian Documentation
Can I deploy Bitbucket Data Center on Microsoft Azure?
Bitbucket Data Center doesn't support Microsoft Azure. For more information on deploying on a public cloud, see Clustering technical requirements. See Supported platforms for related information.

Hi @miloudamara,
I'm wondering if the FAQ is really up to date, as this page from Atlassian explains in detail how to deploy Bitbucket Datacenter to Azure and was last updated ... today :)
I'll check with Atlassian if they can update the FAQ to clarify this however.

Officially, we do not currently provide technical support for Bitbucket Server or Data Center deployments on Azure, but it is technically possible, which is why it is listed in the supported platforms in the installation guide and we have some guidance on the deployment.
That said, I'm happy to report that we will soon officially support Data Center deployments on Azure!
@miloudamara Thanks for reaching out to the Product Advocate team for clarification on this.
