Bitbucket Workspace Deleted or Missing – No SEN

Hello,

I used to have access to a Bitbucket workspace tied to my email: REDACTED but now it's missing. I contacted Atlassian support, and they told me the organization is active but has no associated sites.

I don’t have a Support Entitlement Number (SEN), and I was using Bitbucket under the free plan.

Is there any way to recover the old workspace or confirm if it was deleted permanently?

From what I've observed, it seems there aren't any repositories linked to your current account. We always respect your choices and don't delete repositories without your permission, so perhaps you might have a different account that could be causing some confusion?

If you'd like, I can help you find the missing repository if you can provide the old repository URL.
