Bitbucket - are Application Links and other UI Settings preserved during backup...?

We are in the process of evaluating a backup\disaster recover strategy for our Bitbucket install.  We are leaning towards the DIY approach.  The script looks pretty straightforward but I do have a question about what is preserved during this process.  Since a file system backup is part of this I am hoping this covers it but I don't want to just assume...

We have Application Links (Jira), User Directories and Mail Settings configured.  Will these settings be kept intact when executing the DIY backup process?

Yes, everything you have configured will be kept using any of the backup processes.
