Hi,

I'm currently facing an issue when attempting to load my Bitbucket repository. The page throws the following error:

❗ Something went wrong…
Error Code: b9c509153733499fac23d1deccf624b8

There is also a banner that says:

"Bitbucket is experiencing an incident, but we’re on it. Check our status page for more details."

Screenshot 2025-07-01 092747edi.png

I’ve tried refreshing the page, clearing browser cache, trying a different browser, logging out and back in. but the issue remains the same.

Could you please assist me with resolving this?

Thanks,
Sageevan

Hi @Sageevan Perinparajah

The error banner you're referring to was displayed because our service encountered an incident affecting the loading of the Bitbucket Cloud UI, GIT operations and other BBC-adjacent functionality:

This incident has since been resolved - please check and let us know if there are any lingering issues.

Regards,

- Ben (Bitbucket Cloud Support)
