Bitbucket is connected to AWS, now part of the code needs to go to GoDaddy. How do I do that?

Project 1-4 are in AWS, so we pointed our bitbucket repos (I think we did) to AWS. So anything we commit gets deployed in AWS.

Now a new project is on a godaddy domain and  So the question we are left with now is How do we point the bitbucket to godaddy just for this one repository? Any help is highly appreciated.

Pardon me, if I wasn't clear in my question. Our bitbucket repository (I mentioned it as repos) has code that is deployed in AWS for various projects.

However, since the new project has to be deployed on godaddy, I am trying to find a way to send the code from the new project repository over to godaddy instead of deploying to AWS by default. Is this even possible? (I am not referring to a website redirect)
