Hello!
We have a Bitbucket server version 5.11.1, and when user enters his email address on the bitbucket password reset page he doesn't receive an email with the recovery link.
I've checked it myself with my admin and regular account - I didn't get an email too.
I've used "Send a test email" option on the "Mail server configuration", and it worked fine - I've received a test email.
What is the suggested course of the investigation?
