Bitbucket server really slow most of the time

Hi,

I am running Bitbucket Server with PostgreSQL database, and most of the time switching between the repositories or open the the settings page and even search for users take a long time, up to 30seconds.

I increased RAM to Java but not a bit of improvement, here is my setup:

Bitbucket Server

• Bitbucket version 7.15.1
• Host RAM 16GB
• CPU/vCPU  4/8
• JVM 8GB

PostgreSQL Server

• DB Version  psql (PostgreSQL) 11.10 (Ubuntu 11.10-1.pgdg20.04+1)
• RAM   8GB
• CPU/vCPU  4/8

Is there any way to find out the issue, its behaviour is like the Bitbucket has lag, for 2 minutes works like a charm then is time to go for quick coffee as it is just loading....

I also see the "Slow event listener detected" in Diagnostics tab

I'd recommend enabling JMX performance monitoring to tracking down the culprit.

Hmm, I do not think so, there is a solution for it!

as it seems even Jira/Bitbucket or better say Atlassian is slow on loading pages!!

so for now I tweaked a little postgresSQl and install the latest patch for version 11, let see!
