Bitbucket starts up but hangs at that point..

Hi, 

We're running an older version of BB - atlassian-bitbucket-4.11.0-x64

It's always been a little unreliable, usually requiring a restart every few days.. However today it's getting to the "Bitbucket has started successfully" but hanging at that point.. Nothing obvious in the logs.. Any ideas?

Git push/pulls appear to work fine.

It seems you may be running into this known bug:

Please try the work-around provided and see if this resolved your issue.

We don't quite have the same file we only have a start-webapp.sh inside the /bin directory. I've added;

-Dupm.pac.disable=true

On the 2nd line. Restarted, but doesn't seem to make any difference.
