The admin has invited me to a workspace and even created a group and gave me admin the the workspace per this post:
Yet I have never received a notification.
Also, when I visit: https://bitbucket.org/ayudawear/<workspace>/settings it says I do not have permissions.
I also do not see the workspace at: https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/ , yet I see it as https://bitbucket.org/<workspace>
It seems like the system is using a different email, but he said he saw my avatar when adding me, so that does not seem possible.
MY expectation is that if I use a link like:https://bitbucket.org/repo/create?workspace=<workspace> that the create workspace dialog would already have the workspace specified, or not even ask. But the workspace name is not in the list of possible workspaces.
Any Ideas?
That helped a bit, Thanks. The real kicker was knowing you must add a group to add permissions, and finding that. For some reason the main user does not seem to have the Setting gear icon on the Workspace menu, but I do now that I was granted Admin on the group.
Hi @Panometric
Thank you for reaching out to the community.
I checked your email address on our end.
I can see that it was listed in our email suppression list due to a bounced status.
How our email system determines the bounce status is based on the ISP response:
Bounces (aka Permanent Failures or 5xx Errors)
When we receive a 5xx response from the ISP, we will log a "bounce" event and determine the bounce classification based on the 5xx response string. (Bounces classified as "hard" bounces (code 10) are added to the suppression list.)
Reference: https://www.sparkpost.com/docs/faq/understanding-delays-bounces/
For this, I went ahead and removed the bounced status on our end.
Would it be possible for you to ask the admin to re-invite you again?
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Mark C
