Can not Decline PRs after migrating from bitbucket on-premise to bitbucket.org.

We migrated from bitbucket on-premise to bitbucket.org.

There are a number of PRs in bitbucket.org that are old from the migration and we can not Decline them. When we try to Decline them, we receive error 'Unable to decline Something went wrong.

The attached screenshot shows the origin of the code change is listed as Deleted repository.

How do we Decline these PRs or remove them from our list of PRs?
