Can't clone private team repo that I administrate?

I'm using SourceTree 2.6.1 on macOS Sierra.

I can see the repository in my list of repos available to clone. However, when I attempt to clone it, SourceTree claims "This is not a valid source path / URL". This is incorrect. It is definitely a valid URL, since I can use it from the command line. What am I missing here?

I am able to clone the repo and use it via command line, using the exact same SSH key that SourceTree is attempting to use. Yet, when I clone the repo, add it as a local repo, and try to do anything to it (push, pull, etc) it failed with permission denied (publickey). I've removed all other ssh keys from my ssh-agent, and still it fails. Nothing I do seems to work and it's having a very negative impact on my workflow. Anyone else experinecing this?

Edit: I've tried using both system git and embedded git, and both have the same problem.

Hi Brian,

Can you run the following from your terminal, and let us know if your SSH key is loaded:

ssh-add -l
