Can't connect with remote connection

I have bitbucket server setup and working on my server. When I try to connect My server is getting the request but is not sending a response back to me. 

Gitbash gives me a failed - time out. 

sourcetree - a connection attept failed because the connected party did not properly respond

I am not sure where to go from here

Can you please expand a bit on your problem?

• Are you able to visit the Bitbucket Server UI through your browser?
• Are there any errors in the logs?
• What URL are you trying to clone from?
