Can't receive bitbucket invitations emails

Hi, 

I have the same problem as described Lucas here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bitbucket-questions/I-can-t-receive-invitation-email/qaq-p/1091582

 

My managers tried to invite me to repos, but I can't receive invitations on email. 

Can you please check if everything is ok?

My email address anatoliy.palash@rmgmedia.com the same for atlassian and bitbucket.

Hi @Anatolii Palash ,

Welcome to the Community. When our mail server receives a response that the email address is not available, it will automatically add the email to the suppression list. This is to avoid our mail server being listed as spam by destination server while the email address is not available in the system yet.

That email address has now been removed from the suppression list. Can you please verify that the email address is able to receive external emails? And then try to send the invite again?
