My managers tried to invite me to repos, but I can't receive invitations on email.
Can you please check if everything is ok?

Welcome to the Community. When our mail server receives a response that the email address is not available, it will automatically add the email to the suppression list. This is to avoid our mail server being listed as spam by destination server while the email address is not available in the system yet.
That email address has now been removed from the suppression list. Can you please verify that the email address is able to receive external emails? And then try to send the invite again?
