I cannot log in to Bitbucket Cloud because it is still asking for a two-step verification code. I have already disabled two-step verification for my Atlassian account, but Bitbucket continues to request the 2FA code. Unfortunately, I no longer have the Bitbucket-specific authenticator entry, and I do not have the recovery codes either.
I tried using the "Send recovery email" flow on Bitbucket, but after more than 24 hours, I have not received any recovery email, and I have checked all folders including spam.
Could someone from Atlassian help confirm whether the recovery email is being sent or how to reset my Bitbucket 2FA?

I have reviewed your account and can see that you were able to reset the 2SV already. Could you please confirm if the process is being resolved?
