Cannot sync to new repo

I create Private repo this week. 

Group Tool admin user have WRITE access.

Cannot WRITE to this repo.

Error message shows below

Cannot replicate to xxxxxx[CONTEXT pushOneId="0d2bfd3d" ]
org.eclipse.jgit.errors.TransportException:: not authorized

May I know which protocol you are using - is it HTTPS or SSH?

I'd like you to please also test performing a clone outside of the tool you're using (in a terminal) to determine if you are unable to push here as well.
