Chat Notifications - Repo Wide aren't sending

I recently set up a test repo to have pipeline builds run on commit to Master branch. I then added Chat Notifications to Slack so I could commit from my client, then wait for Slack messages to tell me how the build is going.

I only get messages in Slack from the master - notification tags, I get none of the Repo-Wide notification tags. 

Is this correct behaviour? Could someone explain what I'm missing?
