Check minimum number of approvers for merging pull requests

I find following link which describe the extract feature I need to have. But it's for Bitbucket Server. How we can get that feature in Bitbucket cloud?

It's definitely something we're working to bring to Bitbucket Cloud. I don't have a hard delivery date, but we'll post updates to https://bitbucket.org/site/master/issues/5652/allow-for-pull-requests-to-require
