Commits are seen, but the source is not getting updated with new commit changes

For our 'TrueInfluence' account, from Yesterday, commits are seen, but the source is not getting updated with new commit changes, so when we pull the latest code, we don't get latest code. Commits were done to 'insightbase' branch. Is it an issue from Atlassian side, can it be resolved, as it is urgent.

In order to investigate this issue we will need to have access to your Bitbucket account and that will require a support ticket.
