Hi Donald,

While this is a bug currently, it seems you are creating a team account from another team account. We are trying to discourage logging in as a team. For now, we encourage you to visit https://bitbucket.org/account/signup/ and signup with a team and enter in your user account (this account will be the administrator of the team)
