Delete or Deactivate User If user gets deleted or deactivated from IDP

Once the user is deleted or deactivated from IDP(Identity provider) is there a way to delete or deactivate that user from bitbucket?
Is there any API or User Provisioning?

It seems you're using a server version of the Bitbucket Application. We have a User provisioning model which supports automatic delete/deactivate existing users based on IDP status
