Deleting repository and user avatar problem

Jens_Christian_Thomsen June 27, 2018

I have two users on Bitbucket.
User1: jct@nikosax.dk and
User2: itsupport@nikosax.dk

I had some trouble pushing to a repository with User2 and wanted to delete the repository.
But I decides to transfer it before I deleted it. So I transferred it ti User1.

Now when I login as User2 I can see int the top of the screen that is says User2, but at the bottom under my profile (avatar image) its User1.

How do I get mack so I can login with User2, see User2 as my avatar an be able to create a new repository?

I think I found out why.
We have single sign-on enabled and you or Microsoft must have enabled it last week.

Because it uses it now. Thats why I cant log in with User2

Hi @Jens_Christian_Thomsen,

Can you please clarify the following things:

  • Is the repository in question under a project, or is it a forked / personal repository?
  • How have you 'transferred' it to User 2?
  • Are you using Bitbucket Server or Bitbucket Cloud?

Cheers,

Felipe
